Unrelated to the working sled dogs and possessing a beautiful snow-white coat, American Eskimo Dogs are highly intelligent, alert, and friendly.  The Barnum & Bailey Circus popularized this breed throughout the United States when an “eskie” named Pal Pierre was the first dog ever to walk a tight rope. The breed was officially recognized by the AKC in July of 1995.  This wall calendar presents a collection of fluffy American Eskimo Dogs, both puppies and adult dogs.
