FAQs

When will my order ship?

Most orders received before 1:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

What 2 Day Shipping Method Do you use?

We consider USPS Priority Mail to be 2 day Shipping. In most cases the USPS will deliver packages within this time from our location. In some cases an additional day or two is required. Please take this into consideration when ordering as we do not have any control over the Postal Service or their employees.

Do you offer international rates? 

Yes! We use USPS real time rates to calculate the shipping cost for our International customers.

Standard Service Delivery in 4-9 business days You are able to check the progress of your shipment through the UPS website and then the USPS website during final delivery.

Please note:  Some items have additional processing time. If your shipment has not arrived within the normal delivery time frame, please contact us at helpdesk@megacalendars.com and make sure to include the following information: •Order number •Items not received

Where's my Stuff?

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipments. For the most up-to-date tracking information and delivery status, we recommend visiting the USPS website and using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.

Tracking says it was delivered but I didn't get it:

We understand your concern regarding the non-receipt of your package. To expedite the resolution, we request you take the following steps.

Firstly, we recommend directly contacting your postal carrier. They are best positioned to provide information regarding the delivery, as the USPS now utilizes GPS tracking for delivery scans. Please note that direct contact with your local post office is not possible due to the USPS's removal of local directory numbers.

Secondly, please inquire with family members, neighbors, or building management to determine if they received the package on your behalf. As the package was scanned as delivered, it was physically delivered to a location.

In most instances, these steps will successfully locate the package. However, should the package remain untraceable, please contact us at helpdesk@megacalendars.com and we will help resolve the issue with the USPS.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are committed to assisting you in resolving this matter promptly.

We offer free returns within 7 days for our US customers.  Returns must be in unopened and new condition to receive full credit.  International customers may return any item within 14 days, however the items must be unopened and in new condition.  International customers are responsible for all duties, customs and return shipping costs.
